We ask members to commit to paying for the full term and not dip in and out weekly. This is essential as it helps us cover running costs like staff wages, rent, and insurance, and ensures groups remain sustainable. We keep fees as low as possible, but we rely on the support of members to keep the club financially viable.

Members are strongly encouraged to pay fees by bank transfer. Cheques can still be accepted and paid in via a banking app. Cash payments are discouraged, except for occasional cash concert donations.

We reserve the right to apply a £5 late fee if fees are not paid within one month of the start of each term.
